Is perfection boring?
Ralph Ammer

A teacher taught me once the word «perfectability» and sort of defined it as the strive for the unachievable perfection. He said that perfection is something you pursue all your life and that getting close is more than good enough. It helped me find peace of mind and I found myself more productive as I learnt to let go and keep going.

Today you tought me the «masterfull» concept which I understand now as the area where I tell myself that what I’ve done so far is not perfect but is a great job which I can be proud of, and it’s time to move on to the next project.

The search for masterfulness is a lot better than the struggle for perfection. Thanks.
