When placing an order, please provide us with your Z3X serial number (XXXXXXXX 8 characters).
The serial number of the Z3X box can be found using the Z3X Shell software
After adding the activation, you will receive a notification.
After that, you must update the smart card of the Z3X Box.

• Press “Settings and Hardware Tools”
• Click “Run Hardware Wizard”
• Click on “Add New Activation”
• Then click “Next”
Everyone who wants to use the latest version of Samsung PRO software and activate Z3X Samsung box or Z3X activation before July 20, 2014 must activate Z3X Pro.
All Z3X boxes added or activated after July 20, 2014 include Z3X Samsung PRO activation or Z3X Samsung activation.
If your Z3X Box or Z3X Samsung activation was activated via Shell before July 20, 2014, you must purchase Z3X Samsung PRO activation!
How do I check if I need to activate Z3X Pro and add it to my Z3X box?
• Please start Z3X Shell software
• Select the “Settings and Hardware Tools” section
• Press “Run Hardware Wizard”
• And check Show card info as shown in the following screenshot:
If you have activated Samsung Tool without activating Z3X Samsung Tool PRO, you can add Z3X PRO activation.
If both are not activated, you need to activate Z3X Samsung again
