Funny, as I find that trying your best to be super-inclusive 1) actually lowers the bar [after all, you might end up considering not technical criteria for technical roles, for example…] and 2) almost always focuses on few specific minorities just to keep your conscience clean and that ends it all [Facebook as a popular example would come to my mind, but everybody can probably think about more and more of them].
