Memorizing vs Forgeting

I still remember my initial schooling days.
I wasn't even able to learn things by heart. I thought I didn't have a memory power at all.
Now I realize, I have reserved my memory for the recent days, where I find it so hard to even forget a few words spoken by you.
I'm not sure if it hurts, but it does really bring out tears! Still, I'm in love with the process of overriding thoughts. However, it doesn't go off that easily!
