Incomee 2.0 is Here!
We’re excited to share with all of you what we’ve been working on since late last year. After 6 long months of working, Incomee 2.0 is ready for production! 🙌
The work on 2.0 started back in September 2019, we got extremely valuable feedback and so many ideas provided by the freelancers’ community and the early adopters. Big thank you to everyone involved!❤️
What’s new in 2.0
🌟 New MyDesk page
The MyDesk page is completely new. We clean up the user interface to make the most important information more prominent. You always have full control of the amount you earned during the current month, the pending one and the overdue amount.
The page also shows you with different icons and colors the types of the invoice you have in progress: due today, overdue, recurring and invoice with the auto-send feature on.
The page is also faster than ever in loading time 🏎
🧾 New Invoicing UX
The invoicing feature has improved a lot thanks to all the feedback received. The user experience has been a big focus during these months. Now you can see the beautiful invoice while you are creating it. You have also more actions you could choose:
- Mark as paid: immediately add the invoice as paid
- Auto send: it saves the invoice and sends it to the client automatically on the due date
- Send now: it opens your email app with a pre-filled message and the link to pay the invoice
There are some additional improvements highly requested like the possibility to change the invoice num, add a client, preview the invoice, add notes,... and much more.
