GuildFi will be hosting an Ultiverse Moonlight NFT Whitelist giveaway exclusively for GF users, and stakers, i.e. sGF holders.

GF stakers can redeem the Ultiverse Moonlight NFT Whitelist lucky draw tickets on the GuildFi Marketplace. All lucky draw ticket holders will stand a chance to win a spot in the Moonlight NFT Whitelist which will enable the winners to mint the Moonlight NFT from Ultiverse.

The Moonlight, built on the BNB chain, is a new NFT collection of meta girlfriends and best friends whom players can interact with in Terminus, their first meta universe platform, through the OpenAI chatbot. Each meta girlfriend has a unique personality and talent. Players can also help the character acquire different talents by completing specific missions. In addition, the more talents she possesses, the more she will assist players in leveling up and making achievements in Terminus. Moonlight NFT holders will be able to customise the names and outfits of the girlfriends as well.

Details of GuildFi’s Moonlight NFT Whitelist Giveaway

GuildFi is giving away a total of 100 Ultiverse Moonlight NFT Whitelist Spots during this activity duration. Winners will be selected from 2 pools of users:

• 30 winners from the GXP Pool
• 70 winners from the GF Staking Pool (sGF holders)

Winners will be announced via GuildFi’s Inbox by 21 December 2022, 10:00AM (UTC)

To be part of the GXP Pool

• GXP holders can redeem 1 lucky draw ticket with 300 GXP on GuildFi Marketplace
• Each holder is limited to 1 lucky draw ticket.
• The higher your GF Level, the higher chance you have of being a winner.
• Winners will be selected via a lucky draw.

To be part of the GF staking (sGF holders) Pool

• sGF holders can redeem 1 lucky draw ticket for free on GuildFi Marketplace.
• Entries for the sGF pool must have a minimum of 1,000 sGF in their wallet, which needs to be the same wallet linked to your GuildFi account.
• GF Stakers will be placed in different tiers, with varied chances of winning, based on the amount of sGF they have, i.e. stakers that hold:

a.) At least 1,000 sGF tokens will get 1x chance;

b.) At least 3,000 sGF tokens will get 2x chance;

c.) At least 10,000 sGF tokens will get 3x chance;

d.) At least 20,000 sGF tokens will get 4x chance.

• The sGF tokens need to be inside the aforementioned wallet as of 21 December 2022, 3:00AM (UTC), i.e. when the snapshot will be taken.
• Winners will be selected via a lucky draw.

For example:

• User A has 1,000 sGF tokens and purchases 1 lucky draw ticket.
• User B has 3,000 sGF tokens and purchases 1 lucky draw ticket.
• When the lucky draw occurs, User A will have a 1x chance to win compared to User B, who will have a 2x chance of winning.
• If User B is of a higher level than User A, the odds of winning will have an additional multiplier as well.
