Hey, sorry I had meant to reply earlier to your comment. I see you are reffering specifically to SaaS companies that started out on a subscription model, I have no issues with those guys. As I said in my article, the article is not about those guys because their customers 100% bought into the subscription model from day one. I also feel those figures are kind of screwy, all you need to do is to take one look at Adobe to know that rent seeking as mature software vendor is insanely profitable.
