The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. In this technique you have to divide your tasks into parts and set time intervals of 25 minutes and after 25 minutes you can take break of 2–3 minutes and again start your work. Basicaly this technique is very helpful to increase your productivity in your task and you can compete your work in less time.

Time table is very important in performing tasks

I also do this activity and Its quite interesting, I decided to complete my final exams preparation, starting from my first paper “ Sociology of Law” I follow the same steps, set a timer of 25 minutes and after 25 min I actually completed the portion which I decided to complete in that time, and I completed my this subject in 5 hours.

This technique really helps me to complete my work on time, especially the timer urge me to do work quickly. This was a great experience and I’ll try this technique in future.

These are 7 steps of Pomodoro technique

This technique also follow the “ 10/90 Rule”

“10% of planning leads to 90% of time that you can save.”
