Principle VS Flinto
Principle and Flinto came to the Design world as the tool for an animation.
Let’s see features and differences.
Principle likes to Adobe After effects, but easier for learning.
Pros:
Templates of mobile interaction actions (tap, scroll and etc.)
Ability to create difficult animation connected to X and Y coordinates.
Import from Sketch.
Mirror to view on iPhone
Cons:
Really hard to figure out how Drivers relates to animation between Artboard.
The source created to iPhone 5 doesn’t scale in view mode on iPhone 6 plus.
Conclusion:
You will most likely love using Principle for creating onboarding screens for apps and non-standard animation using X and Y.
Flinto
If you need to quickly create a lot of screens as a clickable prototype (for phone), download and buy Flinto.
Pros:
High velocity of creating animation between screens.
Design your own template of animation.

Mirror for iPhone
Cons:
Difficulties during design of some individual animation inside the screen. For example, the header transformation, while user are scrolling down, is time consuming issue.
The scroll group is not shown always correctly (need to reload the viewer).
Conclusion:
Flinto can save your time for design animation between screens for a big project.
