The first time I used Nike Training Club app was January 3rd, 2011! 3 years later and I am still a huge fan of NTC app ! Every year Nike would add new workouts and bonus material but for 2014 they added some really awesome features to the app!

You can select from 3 types of goals: to get lean, toned or strong; and, from 3 levels of difficulty depending on how often you exercise: beginner, intermediate or advanced.

I’ve been working out five days a week; so, I decided to go for an advanced lean version.

For every workout you now get an option to swap some exercises ! Granted NTC has more than 100 workouts and it’s hard to get bored, but it’s still nice to have an option to add a variety to your routine.

The 4-week program gives you an option to add runs to the weekly routine and NTC app also allows you to sync it with Nike+ Running app; so, you can keep track of your runs.

If you are a big runner, who I am not, you will enjoy the revamp of Nike+ Running app as well! You get a personalized routine to achieve you goal, would it be to run longer or prep for a marathon. This app is also Free!
