How to get happy RIGHT NOW

I have been reading books on psychology for the last 3–4 years now.
I will soon start writing about what I’ve learnt so far.
However, today a very close friend of mine sent me 10 different articles based on neuroscience & some proven methods on “how to be instantly happy and boost your mood” with a few quick actions.
Here is the short summary from my notes with no detail. Enjoy!
Do not forget, these are backed by science & years of research. Feel free to go ahead & use them. There is no specific order- go ahead and start with one.

- Round shapes (Additional note: According to Feng Shui, if you have a home with many corners, try to place some plants to those, it will elevate the energy.)
- The color blue
- Multi sensory environment
- Lavender, vanilla infusions
- Fluffiness all around
- Natural light
- Natural materials & plants around
