Smashing windows is already a crime. Did you not notice?

The government has a long and well documented history of using agent provacateurs. Under this law agent provacateurs break the law and the organizers go to jail. This may be how fascist oppression arrives in this country- through right wing authoritarians creating collective standards of guilt over actions the accused in no way could control.
