Want To Be Happier? Do This One Simple Thing

“Send a “Thank You” email every morning. That’s right — the simple act of sending a quick email every morning thanking or complimenting someone you know produces a major happiness spike.”

I agree until the novelty wears off. I used to send flowers to where my wife worked now and then to everyone’s complete surprise. I had done it four or five times a year but never on the same days. And I also avoided her birthday and Valentine’s day when everyone expected that I should.

Their only purpose was to say ‘I love you,’ and they were quite the hit at where she worked. Finally, we retired. However, during all that time the novelty never wore off because of their unpredictability.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
