Triscuits are GOOD

As a Type II (see: the shameful, self-inflicted kind) Diabetic, I am thankful for Triscuits. Six of them have 20 grams of carbs, -3 for fiber. Fritos, which are cousins to Tricuits because they too only have three ingredients (corn, oil, salt), are not so kind.
