The 4.20 plank has been an essential part of every Niantic Party platform since the late council speaker, Walter “Hongo” Potash, added it during the “Summer of Haze” convention of 1972. I, of course, WILL SIGN IT INTO LAW if the obstructionist nay-sayers on the City Council decide that they want stop their do-nothing prevarications and obsessive “good government” investigations into my fast track bid awarding system and PUT THE LAW ON MY DESK.

Yours is the borough with the bridge, right? I have to keep that in mind in case any of my rivals here on Medium get too big for our bridges, amirite? I think that we may have to look into the commuting patters of The Ringer writers and maybe schedule some construction work.
