One Gawker.com For Sale, Slightly Used

Ugh. So our new technology overlords turn out to be the same beasts as the manufacturing and energy oligarchs of the past?

How long before Hollywood makes a Valleywag biopic where some young, happening actor gets to recreate Biddle lip-syching with the booth women at a tech conference? We’ll all tear up when the credits roll.

I’ve come full circle on this, in large part because of your writing. Not that it matters to anyone, but my love/hate relationship with Gawker has settled on the positive end of the continuum. Sam Biddle is a good poster child for the whole ugly saga. The Gawker story is sad, and what is happening to Biddle isn’t right.

Thanks for pointing it out.
