Don’t know how you do it. In all honesty I am finding front line welfare rights advice work too stressful in the current climate and I want to do something else with my life. My Citizens Advice Bureau serves a similar demographic. I’ve been doing the job for years but I’ve never encountered despair or aggression like I have from Universal Credit clients choosing between eating and paying rent.
