In today’s time, where everything, from ordering food to recharging our phones happens through an app, it becomes very important to have a functional network provider app where user could recharge and track his apps basic functionalities. I am an airtel user and few months ago, I saw a lot of shortcomings in the app that I wanted to address and suggestions changes, that according to me, could have really improved the app.
