Great article! I already meditate first thing in the morning, but I will try the requests at night and the idea dump on a journal in the morning. It should be interesting. I think this is similar to Wayne Dyer’s book “The Power of Intention” where he advocates focusing on your goals and asking the universe for help in accomplishing them.
