I just watched a music video featuring Megan Thee Stallion and it pissed me off.

She and Latto are in a dressing room, leaning over and shaking their butts at the camera, and acting super macho and aggressive, telling everyone how badass they are and how they don’t care about anyone, but somehow they’re everyone’s favorite.

I’m so sick of seeing this.

Women who act like it’s rebellious and empowering to objectify themselves.

They starve themselves and get hacked up by surgery, and then act as if it’s feminist.

There’s nothing rebellious about it.

It means they’ve completely bought into the sexist idea that women are nothing but objects of desire for men, and it doesn’t matter what they desire at all.

They never picture the men they desire, only themselves.

They’re not actually confident enough to show their desire for an attractive man, so they will do anything to become the object of a man’s desire, but the one thing that’s confident and powerful, tell a man that they desire him.

They’re not rebels at all. They’re fools who still need to take a basic college course in feminism to even understand how they’re…
