We keep saying this, and yet it doesn’t happen. Instead orgs (led and funded by white men, primarily of European descent) double down on their “meritocracy” and commitment to excellence which is, of course, code for remaining the same. I mean, ultimately, who loses with Uber? How much value was sucked out before the recent shakeups? There always seems to be a safety net — and another opportunity — provided by frat brothers, etc.
