I’m sorry that you are closing Remedy. It sounds like you had challenges receiving data from health plans and potentially from provider systems in an automated fashion, which perhaps made the process of helping avoid billings too labor intensive? In addition, it sounds like the business did not scale (either because it was too labor intensive or because acquiring customers was too challenging.) It would be valuable, if you have the time, to provide some more detailed insight into some of the challenges you faced at Remedy and what some of the acute needs you observed in the system are. Even if you don’t do that, thanks for building a novel product that made a substantive difference for your customers.
