Hey everyone — our pre-ICO token sale begins tomorrow, and we’re stoked to update you the details on what to expect for the next two months as we look to revolutionize the fitness experience worldwide.
If you’re not familiar with our ICO, GymCoin is a decentralized fitness ecosystem built on the Ethereum network. The goal is simple: allow GymCoin users to spend their GymCoins (or GYM) at gyms, personal trainers, health clubs, supplement stores, dance studios and more — all over the world. Travellers who are stuck with a local gym membership will instead be able to use their GYM anywhere they go, granting them access to potentially thousands of gyms and fitness clubs across the world.

Phase 1:
Our pre-ICO token sale begins January 25th, 2018 @ 12pm EST, with an end date of February 10th, 2018 @ 12pm EST. Our pre-ICO hard cap is 50,000,000 GYM.
The initial value of a GYM token is $0.10, which will slowly increase between each of the following stages:
Token exchange rate stage 1 (January 25th to January 30th): 1 GYM = $0.10
Token exchange rate stage 2 (January 31st to February 5th): 1 GYM = $0.15
Token exchange rate stage 3 (February 6th to February 10th): 1 GYM = $0.20
Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, ETH, BTC, and LTC. In both phases, minimum transactions will be follows:
Minimum transaction amount in Fiat: $50.00
Minimum transaction amount in Ethereum: 0.1 ETH
Minimum transaction amount in Bitcoin: 0.01 BTC
Minimum transaction amount in Litecoin: 0.5 LTC
After the pre-ICO phase, our second phase kicks in on February 11th, 2018, running until March 6th, 2018. Our hard cap will be set for 100,000,000 GYM, with a soft cap of 2,000,000 GYM during both pre-sale and ICO. If we’re unable to raise 2,000,000, all purchases will be refundable after March 7th.
Cost per GYM token will also increase during our second phase of the ICO:
Token exchange rate stage 1 (February 11th to February 19th): 1 GYM = $0.20.
Token exchange rate stage 2 (February 20th to February 27th): 1 GYM = $0.30.
Token exchange rate stage 3 (February 28th to March 6th): 1 GYM = $0.40.
To collect your GYM token, be sure to have your Ethereum ERC-20 wallet ready. We recommend MyEtherWallet and MetaMask.
