Presents for Pets Kickoff

Hello Fellow Humans!

We’re about to get into purrfect fetch weather, which means that the white. fluffy stuff is just around the corner. Wait..we mean snow. Snow is just around the corner. That means that it’s time for Fibers for Fido to start working on gathering donations for shelter pets! We had a new idea this year, to build upon our Christmas donation drive last year: Dog-able and cat-able (the pet version of personable) stories reach more humans than general requests for donations. So we want to get your awesome furbabies in front of our supporters in a new campaign called “Presents for Pets”. So this is it — our kickoff!

You can help us play Santa Paws by signing up to receive our newsletter, following us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and by barking about the project!

We’ll be sharing the stories of dogs, cats, and brand new litters who are residents at our partners’ shelters. These pets need your help this Christmas to make their dreams come true. We’ll be giving you information on the pet, their stay in the shelter, and what you can do to help! For each pet, we will be looking to source at least one specific donation, and asking you to share their story so that we can help them find their forever home.

Another way that you can help us make Presents for Pets a success is to do your holiday shopping through us! That’s right — order a pair of custom mittens, a shawl or a snuggly chunky cowl from Fibers for Fido and the proceeds will go to purchasing presents, and sponsoring adoption fees! You can play Santa Paws to pets and humans, just by shopping through us this year!
