Utilizing A Priority matrix.

It is a technique which teaches us how to perform our daily routine tasks in an effective way. Sometimes we get pressurized by our daily tasks . There are too many tasks to be done by we don't have any proper planning to perform them. In amal fellowship priority matrix technique teaches us that there's a need to catogerise our daily routine tasks. We have to identify that from these too many tasks which should be performed immediately and which can be delayed.

This rule teaches us that First make a "To Do List" of your daily, weekly or monthly tasks. Then identify which one of them is too necessary to be performed immediately which one can be delayed. For this purpose make a 4 quadrant table. And list your tasks in it and perform tasks one by one. In this way you can avoid from taking pressure of work. I performed home tasks with this technique and i found daily tasks very easy. It's a time saving technique.

1)Wash comforters

2)Call aunt

3)Watch drama

4)Read novel

5)Detailed cleaning of home
