This is a list of goals I have to better my lifestyle.
- Do NOT focus on weight loss, focus on being healthy
- Eat a big breakfast!
- PACK LUNCH! With some vegetables & fruit
- Try to work out 3 times a week, OR if you can’t find time to go to the gym, go for a run at night time
- Take your iron & vitamin supplements!
- Look into Gingko Biloba
- Practice positivi-TEA. This is where every morning and night time I reflect on the positive things that are going on in my life
