This is a list of goals I have to better my lifestyle.

  1. Do NOT focus on weight loss, focus on being healthy
  2. Eat a big breakfast!
  3. PACK LUNCH! With some vegetables & fruit
  4. Try to work out 3 times a week, OR if you can’t find time to go to the gym, go for a run at night time
  5. Take your iron & vitamin supplements!
  6. Look into Gingko Biloba
  7. Practice positivi-TEA. This is where every morning and night time I reflect on the positive things that are going on in my life
