Honest question here, since I don’t do Android stuff, but more server stuff instead:

Don’t you guys have something along the lines of Lombok? It seriously removes 90% of the boilerplate code I’d otherwise have to write. It’s pretty amazing. It writes correct equals and correct hashCodes, etc. It fixes so much stuff that going without it is pretty painful.

I have nothing against Kotlin mind you, but it seems like people think that you can’t have data classes in Java sometimes. I just wish that they were clearer in their comparisons. (To be honest, I’m more of a Clojure fan than anything else. :) )
