The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. These intervals are named pomodoros, the plural in English of the Italian word pomodoro (tomato), after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.

Pomodoro Technique

I haven’t used the Pomodoro technique ever and even I didn’t know about it before.
basically, I am unable to complete my task on time which I decided on to be completed. but I am use to complete my task before deadline.

Project Work 7

I have to use this technique, So I decide to use this technique in doing PW’s as I need to complete PW’s of Amal which requires constant attention without any interruption. So today I helped myself to be more productive using this technique and keeping my cell phone away, logging out from social Media for 25 minutes and then take 5 minutes’ break for listening Naats This helped me alot I could write blogs and finish the online courses too.
It just increased my efficiency upto 40% than the work I do normally.
