Positive Steps towards Happiness:

This quote represents Positive thinking in our daily life, and mean a lot to us in one line.

Now let us talk about the linkage of Happiness with positivism. the key to be happy is to remain positive in every condition. Positive thoughts are like MAGNETS, they attract Happiness and good things toward you. A positive mindset will result whatever positive you were thinking. It’s all the Mind Game. The positive your mindset is, you will get positive and if you are having negative mindset, everything will go in Negativity. Shawn Anchor in his Ted talk gave an excellent example of the power of mind to change situations. When his sister fell (broken her arm) and was about to wake his parents Shawn just changed her mind set and complimented her fall like a Unicorn 😆. It was just a positive compliment that let her forget all her pain and focus on just being Unicorn. Thus, Mind is the game changer.

Before doing project on Positive thinking, I oftenly think very bad or negative in my routine life for job search. Whenever I applied for any job, I feel very nervous about my selection or interview. I remember the day, when I first time go for interview in AMAl fellowship, I used to nervous and less confident as well, as the result I failed and didn’t get admission. Second time when I interviewed, I was selected. Just because of more confident and positive thinking.

Shawn Anchor suggested some steps to practice so that we can have positive mindset. Firstly, we should write down at least three things we are grateful of for 21 days in a row. now brain will look for positive things not negative.
* journalize one positive experience you had over past 24 hours so that you may relive it afterwards.
* Meditate it will allow your brain to get over cultural ADHD and tries to focus on work
* Be open for people’s feedback for you through emails social media etc.
