What’s a Buyer Persona?

- Buyer Persona is a fictional character that represents the ideal customer for your business.
When I decide which customer I want to reach, this will help me determine which platforms I'll use to post on them the best content and target the right audience.

-Your persona should be identified by:
•Name: you can use any name.
•Background and Demographics: Here we specify whether the target customer is male or female as the product may be for women only or men only.
•Age: 30-35 years old.
•Marital status: Married? Do they have children? Where do they live?
•Customer's job: What does he do for a living? and Where does he work?
•Educational level: What certificate does he have? Where did he study?
•Needs: What are the needs of the target customer?
•Hobbies: What does the customer like? What are his hobbies?
•Goals: What are the customer's goals? And What are his goals that are related to my product?
•Barriers: What are the obstacles that can happen to the customer? Or what problems does the customer suffer from?
For example: if the product is too expensive for him or not available.
The type of content preferred by the customer and the social media that he uses.

-How will gather all this information?
By searching on social media and it is also possible by tracking your competitors' audience and taking advantage of that.

-Importance of Knowing the Buyer Persona:
It allows you to get to know your ideal customer and their needs, this will make it easier for you to create a marketing strategy based on their goals and needs.
