Is Warren Buffet Living The Right Way or Not ?
Warren Buffet, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway is one of the biggest names when it comes to business and he is regarded as the most successful investor ever known to man.
Nicknamed the “Oracle of Omaha”, he has a net-worth of around 74.3 Billion USD and has pledged to donate 99% of it for philanthropic causes through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Investment Philosophy

According to Warren Buffet, he regarded the stock market as a tough place to invest your money in and not everyone is capable of generating revenues.
He warned about the devastating effects of inflation tax and described it as the worse thing the legislators have enacted.
However, he also has 10 tips for you on investing:
- Invest in what you know and nothing more.
- Never compromise on business quality.
- When you buy a stock, plan to hold it forever.
- Diversification can be dangerous.
- Most news is noise, not news.
- Investing isn’t rocket science, but there is no “Easy Button”.
- Know the difference between price and value.
- The best moves are usually boring.
- Low-cost index funds are sensible for everyone.
- Only listen to those you know and trust.
Controversial Lifestyle
Warren Buffet has one of the most controversial lifestyle for a billionaire.
He still lives in the same house that he bought in 1958. Nothing out of the ordinary, no mansions, lavish infinity pools and what not. He bought his house for $31,500 and it is now worth around $270,000.

As for his breakfast, he prefers to let the market decide. If the market is down, he eats cheap at McDonald’s and he would buy 2 sausage patties for $2.61. However, if he’s feeling prosperous and if the market is on the rise, he would spend $3.17 on eggs, bacon and cheese biscuit sandwich.

He also eats the same food a 6 year old has. When asked about his weird diet, he responded that he has checked the actuarial tables and realized that the lowest death-rate is in 6 year olds, so he took it upon himself to eat like a 6 year old since its the safest way for him.
As for transportation, you would think a CEO would own a Rolls Royce or a Maybach, however he used the same car he had several years ago which is a Cadillac CTS model year 2003 until 2014 he was obliged to change it due to the request of his daughter so he bought a Cadillac XTS.

At the end of the day, do you believe that Warren Buffet is living the right way or not ?
Do you think that he’s cheap or its his freedom to do so ?
Regardless of his spending habits and unorthodox way of living for a billionaire, is getting rich the real success in life ? I personally don’t think so.
Warren Buffet shows us that success doesn’t lie in the amount of money a person makes rather than living his life the way he wants to.
The real happiness is being able to live freely with no constraints. You could spend as much as you want on mansions, cars, clothes, food and you still wouldn’t be satisfied.
Millenials are so focused on getting rich they fail to realize that the ultimate goal is to get wealthy from deep-down.
So spoil yourself with success, family, friends, and doing the things you like rather than worrying about making money.
