Aphrodite is every next best thing. She is the absolute trending topic, whatever is hot, hype and new. She is every shallow, spoiled, fascinatingly decadent little celebrity. Aphrodite has no time to be bored, she needs excitement, and she needs it now. She is completely self obsessed, only driven through her next whim. She always thinks she knows better, and she always thinks you know nothing. She makes you do what she wants, and then tell you that what she wants is not what you just did. She drives you crazy, just for kicks. She makes you fall in love with her, because why not? It is not like you will ever have anything better to do with your time than cater her every need. Who do you think you are, do you know who she is? What is wrong with you? Do as she says, and you better not get her on her bad mood. You would not want to lose her forever, do you? I know I did not want to. And yet I did. I failed spectacularly, and I´ve been living in the shadow of my regret ever since. Aphrodite is not someone you just meet. She chooses you for as long as you keep her interest. So consider yourself lucky for the time being, and prepare to deal with life without her, because one thing is certain: Aphrodite will definitely get tired of you. And when she does, she will not look back even once. So deal with that while you can. And have some fun, for fuck´s sake.
