What is Packets Analyzing or Sniffing ?

Today we can discuss about what is packets analyzing or sniffing:

When you download any thing from the Internet. It can come into your computer in the form of packets. When all packets are come into your computer then it can be combined and you can use that thing. This technique is same repeat when you upload any thing on the internet. If we make any type of technique to capture that packets and scan it to see that how the user surf. So this technique is called packets analyzing or sniffing.

In packets analyzing or sniffing technique the packets are also come to the user device but in the middle it can also be captured by the packets analyzer or sniffer.

The Cyber Cell Police said to the network provider to used this technique to trace the cyber criminal packets to see how it surf. In this case this is legal because the cyber cell police take permission to the network provider to do this. But If the normal user used this technique it is illegal.
