Nice article. The only thing I cannot agree with is treating procrastination as unambiguously ineffcient and needed to be overcome. Our need for procrastinating may be a sign of our motivational state, apart from other things like these mentioned in one of my favourites (short!) texts: . If we treat this ‘putting things away’ need like a sign of being fed up with all the external factors you mention above, it may help us in better prioritizing. And completing the chosen goals, I think.
