What is Zenland?

Zenland is a decentralized blockchain-based platform that helps users worldwide to securely and transparently store escrow funds in cryptocurrencies. It is working on building several new features, including launching our ZENF token and launching an escrow market.

Of course, every case is unique and people hire freelancers and part-timers, buy and sell cars, collectibles, luxury goods, websites and domain names and much more. But let’s start with the symbolic case of the apple!

Lola devised a smart contract: Lola wanted to bake an apple pie and needed to buy “fresh green” apples. He wanted to make sure that the apples he bought from Mark matched his description. The two of them agreed to the terms and Lola made the Zenland contract.

Mark agreed and Lola put the money in: Mark logged into his Zenland account and agreed to Lola’s contract confirming the deal. Now Lola contracts into the blockchain, transfers the money and locks it in the blockchain until the apples arrive.

Mark looked at the deposited money and delivered the apples: Mark checked the contract address and saw that Lola had paid the agreed amount for it. He delivered “fresh green” apples to Lola and confirmed that she had fulfilled the terms of the contract.

Lola received the apple and took out the money : Lola received the apple, tasted its freshness and, satisfied, released the money locked in the smart contract. Mark saw that the money was instantly added to his blockchain wallet and sent Lola a “Thank you” message How Zenland is different

Transparent and Open: Once the contract is active, participants can easily verify encrypted transactions using transaction hashes using the blockchain explorer website.

Decentralized escrow: With no central authority, escrow smart contracts lock funds securely on the blockchain and are released only after both parties meet conditions.

Safe and Fair Transactions: Unlike real-world contracts, once a smart contract is used, neither party can change the terms and withdraw funds for personal gain.

On-call dispute resolution: While smart contracts are self-executing, disputes are not. Trained citizens of Zenland are here to assess disputed cases and provide you with a resolution.

What are ZENF Tokens

Zenland Fee (ZENF) is an ERC-20 utility token of the Zenland smart contract platform. The token’s integration with the escrow platform and its deflationary model ensures robust tokenomics and value-based utility.

Fee Reduction: ZENF is used to pay a service fee for escrow and market contracts (and all other types of contracts issued within the Zenland ecosystem). By adding ZENF to their internal wallet, platform users receive a 50% bonus on their balance.

Community Rewards: Early adopters of the Zenland platform (escrow & web3 marketplace) are rewarded with ZENF tokens. It is also used for contribution programs (hackathons, bug bounties, airdrops, etc.) to increase the overall value of the project and its tokens.
