Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro d?T

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.
The pomodoro technique is a proven and popular time management life hack. The main idea behind the Pomodoro Technique is to divide all of your tasks into 25 minute time blocks. Between each time block, there is a five minute break. And after completing four Pomodoros you take a longer break — usually 15 to 30 minutes. ]U.
I have practice this technique many times in my life especially a night before exam there is a lot of burden of notes to cover so I set timer I will cover that much portion in this time and after the timer rang I took the break of 15 min but I did not know the name of this technique now I am familiar with it during Amal Fellowship. So, for practicing this technique I set a timer of 25 min and my target was writing a blog of random act of kindness. The distractions I felt during these 25 min were my Friend’s group messages; face book, what’sapp and guests conversation. I was not able to do my task properly and was not able to focusing and the timer ranged. Then I took 5 min break and after putting tick, I again applied this, I set a timer of 25 min and during this time I kept my cell phone faraway to myself and also switched off. This helped me and I can focus on my study and work now. -latin^etT.

By log out from all social websites. This time I was focused, attentive and able to do my work more appropriate and in quite better way. This was great experience for me I liked this technique for getting things done in time. After experience with this technique, I can say easily that it is a very good thing to adopt in our life to complete important tasks in time with time management.
IF YOU WANT TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE, YOU NEED TO BECOME MASTER OF YOUR MINUTES. (Crystal Paine) >5|]gT.
