What is Human Resources(HR)?

Human Resources (HR) is the department within a business that is responsible for all things worker related.Human resources is used to describe both the people who work for a company or organization and the department responsible for managing resources related to employees.

Human resources describes the people who makes up the workforce of an organization,business sector or an economy.

A human resource department of an organization performs various management tasks including HRM(Human Resource Management), ERM(Employee relationship Management),Recruitment etc.
