PROCRASTINATION
“The Act of Delaying Things”
DEAR FELLOWS,I HAVE AN EXPERIENCED REAL STORY ABOUT PROCRASTINATION FOR YOU,HERE I GO:
I am a student of BS-Medical Laboratory Technology, Minhaj University Lahore.I had some issues regarding focus and concentration on studies.It was really hard for me to get concentrated to my studies.I discussed it to one of my teachers who was a psychiatrist too.

“But how can I prevent myself from getting too Lazy?”
He advised me to apply the technique which is usually called as “POMORODO” .
He advised me a way which i would love to share with all of you.The method was i had to take a page and write something about my subject like its name,and i had to paste it at some place where I could see it again and again e.g on my cupboard or on the door of my bedroom,the thing was that i had to saw it so many times in a single day.Then I selected some hours of self study at a soft corner of my home,where distractions could not disturb me while studying.
“A new habit should not feel like a challenge.The actions that follow can be challenging, But the first two minutes should be easy. What you want is a “gateway habit” that naturally leads you down a more productive path.”
Gradually,I had starting gaining some interest for my studies And then by repeating it again and again it has become my habit.Now i have no issues of PROCRASTINATION.

Litterally, it helped me alot AND still helping to get through my daily hectic routine. I am sure it will help all of you too if anyone of you have same issue that i had.
