The class discussed about Agenda. There are five kids of agenda. First, Announcement is process of emotion in the workplace. Second agenda is Emotional labor. This is Jobs in which workers expected to display certain feelings in order to satisfy organizational role expectations. It describes surface acting pasting on smile, and deep acting sympathizing with a client’s stress.

Third agenda is Emotional Work. This is about people who are not its frontline service jobs, but included hold professional positions in industries, such as health care. Forth agenda is Stressors. This create a strain on the individual. Environmental factors that are difficult for an individual to deal with. The Steams from workload, ambiguity, life events, and homework conflict. Last agenda is Burnout. This is strain that results from ongoing stressors. It describes a “wearing out” from the pressures of work.
