With open source bringing a new dimension to the technology world, it is now counted as a must-have skill.

It is said, “Empowerment of individuals is a key part of what makes open source work since, in the end, innovations tend to come from small groups, not from large, structured efforts.”

To empower individuals through open source, we are organizing Open Source Software Days Conference(OSS Days) on 30th and 31st October.

Why Open-Source? 🤔

From the latest Linux Foundation’s 2020 Open Source Jobs Report:

AI Dev Day was a success! With over 1.5k+ registrations, 2500+ unique live viewers and 3.5k+ impressions on YouTube to date(28.09.2020).

They say, “Learning is a Lifelong Process” and we know learning is the first step towards growing! AI Dev Day was organized with the noble motive of sharing knowledge and helping developers grow.

AI Dev Day Conference was a single day, virtual, free event on AI & Cloud held on the 26th of September 2020. It was a free, community driven event, where industry experts presented demo-driven code-focused sessions!

AI Dev Day was well received and was not limited…

AI Dev Day- Ride the “AI on Cloud” Revolution

According to reports, Artificial Intelligence is one of the fastest-growing fields in technology. With a growth of 344% in the last few years, it is now the most in-demand skill, which makes it the primary choice for up-skilling.

Whenever we start learning a new thing, we are often in the dilemma of where to start.

Three months ago, I started with my Power Platform journey, since then I have been learning and experimenting with a lot of things. The main question is ‘Where did I start from?’

I was introduced to it by Dona Sarkar, soon after her session, we were assigned a learning path as homework.

It was the first time I had heard about ‘PowerApps’ and after a few hours, I made my first Covid-19 tracker app without writing a single line of code.

A few weeks ago it was announced that one can use Mixed Reality in PowerApps. Mixed Reality has always been a matter of interest for everyone, but we often used to fear the code it included (at least I did), PowerApps by Microsoft has made this a tangible reality with its Mixed Reality feature.

Let us go ahead and quickly see how we can integrate this in a few steps.

Step 1: Sign in to PowerApps.

Step 2: From Create option in the left pane, create a Blank app.

Step 3: From the File menu, go to Settings, then Advanced…

For someone getting started with Power Platform, it is important to get our basics cleared on Common Data Service.

In simpler terms, Common Data Service(CDS) can be seen as a database where we store data in the form of tables(entities) these come handy in PowerApps and PowerBI. Data can be added and retrieved in multiple ways.

Today we will learn about entities in broader terms and how to use existing entities and create custom entities.

Data within Common Data Service is stored within a set of records called entities. …

While the entire world is becoming smart, it is our time to switch to smarter technologies. We know that app development requires a lot of coding and technical knowledge. What about those people who have a lot of ideas in their minds but are unable to put that into action?

We use Microsoft’s Low Code, No Code-Power Platform! Make responsive apps and portals in a few minutes using PowerApps. From automating your processes to using power virtual agents to image recognition and object detection, you can do it all.

This is your time to have a leap from ‘Zero to AI Hero’ in a few simple clicks. You ask how? ML within ML is the answer. Confused? With Azure’s Automated ML you can now have a highly efficient model without writing any lines of code. For all the beginners in Machine Learning, this is your guide to get the perfect model for your data.

For all those who have a hard time getting the perfect model:

Note: This article is not about the perks of being an MSP.

It is about what makes this community so vibrant and amazing. Penning this down from the perspective of a third-tier college student, with very little exposure to the wonders of tech. Such communities are a blessing in disguise, from honing your skills to shaping you into a confident adult, they do it all.

The benefits that one receives as an MSP are huge, they have all their useful resources for free, for us to learn and develop our skills. …
