Message to My Younger, Intern Self
Herry Pierre-Louis

There’s a story from IBM’s early days: A young executive made a decision that cost the company $10 million. He was called to the office of IBM founder and CEO Tom Watson. The young man told Watson: “I suppose I am fired, right?” Watson replied: “Not at all young man. We just invested $10 million in your education, I’d like to keep you around for a while to reap the benefits of this investment”.
