1-Today I made my mind to show kindness with people whole day, so I started it in very early I helped my siblings to get ready for the school.

2-After that I helped my mother in the kitchen for preparation of breakfast.

3-Then along the way of university I did charity.

4-In class, I helped my friend in clearing her concept. I shared my notes with her.

5-When I was I going back to home I was sitting in LTC and I saw an old lady was standing she was facing difficulty while standing. I got up from the seat and offer her to sit there. She sat and gave me a bundle of prayers. I felt that she was very tired. I asked her about water she said yes, please. And after that I got engaged with her in a talk I asked her where is she coming from she told me that she had been departure since morning 8 am and now it is 4 pm for her grandson’s medicine from children hospital but nobody listened to her. I gave her my friend number who is working in admin in children hospital and call my friend to tell the story and ask her that help the lady.

Experience:

After doing these all kindness acts I felt very relax and happy, that happiness made my spirit happy and peaceful.

When I helped my siblings, they got happy and my younger sister Aman said to me api roz tyar kia kro mjh.

And when I helped mom she said khair hai aj? Means she was not expecting it from my side, so it is very necessary to do sometimes unusual things which make other happy.

And when I help the old lady she gave lots of prayers and asked me to visit her home and also, she took my cell phone number to keep in touch with me. It was the very extraordinary thing for me. and I remember when I offer her water how she looked at me. I can’t forget her eyes which was saying thank you to me and
