I laugh at this too but this is a way to trick your brain. It’s so easy that you will do it!

The long term goal here is that it will make you feel proud of that habit because you have finally performed the action! Now you got to follow the pattern of 1 on first day, 2 on second day, 3 on third day, etc…

Going along with this, I started using an app called “Streaks” and that is great habit/productivity tool that tracks how many days in a row you have been doing your habit. Check it out when you get a chance.
