Please tell me how consumers are supposed to show their displeasure when they get completely screwed? I can criticize the devs here, but what does that accomplish? Not as much as a 1-star rating does. That’s the only recourse consumers have in this situation…

Now, add this to the fact that consumers are constantly getting screwed with respect to air travel, internet, phone service, etc and you wonder why people are leaving 1-star reviews?
