Hey y’all

2015 was a pretty good year for me, not gonna lie. It kind of felt like I reached a tipping point where I was no longer drowning in debt, but starting to get a real foothold. I paid off 2 credit cards with the help of a third zero interest card (thereby also boosting my credit score with more available credit) and I paid off my smallest student loan. That said, there’s a long way to go, and I’m looking forward to continuing to kick ass in 2016.

Here’s the standings as of today (God knows the last time I did this, so I’m not going to bother with the comparison. New year, clean slate, etc.):

Citi credit card: $3,584.28
Discover student loan: $9,142.81
DOE student loan: $28,819.60

This year’s plan of attack: 
Step 1: focus on that last bit of credit card debt
Step 2: focus on that nasty Discover loan
