The #1 Reason You Aren’t Losing Weight

There are technically just about a million reasons a person is not getting the fat loss results they are aiming at. Things like not being active enough, are allergic to dumbbells, or like me and have a great appreciation for Taco Bell and donuts. :)

But behind all of that is 1 major reason that is extremely overlook that ties it all together nicely.

And that reason is….. ***bum, bum, bum***

What is easy to do is even easier NOT to do.

I know what you’re thinking; “That’s it? That’s the big reason?

I would agree that statement sounds very ‘Hallmark card-esk’ but it’s extremely true. When it comes to the weight loss topic it really is very simple; Get active (ie: Walking, gym, hiking, etc.) and eat right (ie: Clean food, smaller portions, less sugar and processed-ness, etc.

In the grand scheme of things those are really easy to do. Similar to making your bed, it’s just easier not to do it. That’s why half of the battle is just showing up. It doesn’t have to be perfect, you just have to do it

You see, what happens is when you do these itty-bitty small things on a consistent basic, change happens. All that means is to choose the harder right over the easier left. Hold yourself to a higher standard of excellence

Now, will 1 bad meal, or missing 1 workout make or break you? Absolutely not. But when you have that happen more times than not, yes it will
