How I stay anonymous while posting homemade porn
If you asked yourself how you can produce and upload porn, while staying as anonymous as possible — you came to the right place. In this article I will give you the tools and knowledge you need to do exactly that.

This article is for people who are over 18 and have fun producing porn, but are not sure about how they can stay anonymous.
Information contained here will help you to stay anonymous from colleagues, friends, employers, fans and hackers.
This is not for staying anonymous from the state, police, content platforms or people who know about your online presence already.
Lets start
That said, lets talk a bit about being anonymous:
Reasons to stay anonymous while producing porn is vast. Maybe you don't want your friends and family to know what you do, because its still stigmatized and can have influence on how you are treated. Same goes for employers or employees. Keeping private information private, can also help avoiding stalkers or hackers blackmailing you.
We achieve this by holing information away from the public to see. There are different areas of information and different groups to withhold this information from.
Personal identifying information can be:
Your Name
Your Address
Your Username, if its the same used private
Your IP address
Image information of your Face, the place you live, things you use regularly
Metadata (Information attached to a picture or video, that can expose your location)
The different groups are:
A Friends, colleagues, employer, employees
B Content platforms (Pornhub etc.), Payment providers (Paypal, Banktransfer etc.)
C Fans, stalker, hacker
Although hackers seem like the biggest threat with their black hoodies, it most often yourself, who is exposing the information. Most people slip because
⚫️ they forget to secure their files, so people cant access them
⚫️ they brag about what they do or how much they earn
⚫️ they show their face or their home
So be careful what you do, and always remember their is no 100% guarantee to stay anonymous.
The following is done on MacOS, but it can be replicated in a similar manner for windows as well.
Step 1: The Setup
A solid foundation is needed in order to stay anonymous. Starting with your Computer and the tools you use.
Browser:
You will need a new browser in order to separate your hobby form the rest of your online activity.
I recommend downloading firefox. If you already use firefox, install it again and choose “Keep Both” when putting the app into your Applications folder.
now we will need to configure the browser, so it will be suitable for our needs. These needs can vary, but since we want to protect us from our mom using our computer and see our history, its straight forward.
We want to scroll though the setting of our new browser and change:
⚙️ Set the “Default Searchengine” to DuckDuckGo
⚙️ Set “Enhanced Tracking Protection” to strict
⚙️ Check under “Cookies and Site Data” the checkbox next to “Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed”
⚙️ Uncheck everything under “Logins and Passwords”
⚙️ Under “History” set it to “Never remember any history”
⚙️ Uncheck everything under “Firefox Data Collection and Use”
⚙️ Enable HTTPS-Only Mode in all windows
⚙️ Enable secure DNS using Max Protection
Now we install two more Plugins, and we are done with the browser.
🖲️ Install Bitwarden
🖲️ Install uBlock Origin
Make sure to have both enabled in the private windows
If you forgot to do that you can still do it under
Settings > Extentions and Themese > Extentions > Find the extention you want to manage > manage >
As the last step, pin the extensions to your toolbar.

Step 2: Making it secure and comfortable
Since we need to sign up with an email address and need to set passwords for all these things, we will use a password manager and a new email address.
Lets make a new email address!
Visit Proton.me with your new browser and sign up for free.
Its important to choose a new username, that you are not associated to AND choose the ending “protonmail.com”. For the password, it does not matter what you choose, since we will change it in the next steps again.
Go though the setup process, there is no need for a backup phone or email address, since this can be tied to our identity.
Now that we have a new mail address, we gonna sign up for our Bitwarden Password Manager though the extension in the top right corner of our browser.
The Masterpassword you gonna set, is the one thing you have to remember and that should be long, and hard … to guess. Dont use your standard password or any personal information. Make it a sentence like “I like to upload everything that is purple to the pornhub”. Bonus points for numbers and spacial characters! A hint could be “iltuetipttp”, but better is to just remember it.
Into the password manager, we put all our logins, and let it generate usernames and passwords for us.
Lets try this by changing the password of our proton email.
First we gonna put a new entry into our password manager by visiting the proton.me mail and then pushing the “+”
The username should be the mail address. The password will be generated by clicking on the 🔁 symbol. set the length to something crazy like 40–50 chars and include special characters. Confirm the password and save the entry.
Once saved, change your password to the one in the manager.
For that visit the settings, authenticate with your current password and then copy the password by clicking on the 🔑 and set it as the new password.

Good Job! Now we begin with the fun side of the project.
Step 3 will be divided in 3.x steps, so it can be extended to different platforms, if wanted
Step 3.1: Pornhub
We will create a pornhub account, since its one of the biggest platforms.
We visit the site and click on sign up. Now we first create an entry in our Bitwarden Extenetion.
Fill in the email and choosen password (max 40 chars. lulz) and click on sign up.
Once signed up, our online presence can be filled with information. Be careful with descriptions of your location and your places of education etc. Should be self explaining.
Here its very important to activate the two factor authentication, since personal data is stored in your ph account.
For the pictures and videos we will need some tools to secure they wont leak any unwanted information.
Step 4: Producing porn
When taking pictures and videos you should be careful what the surrounding tells people about you. There should not be any personal documents or other identifying information. If you are active on social media, you should also consider what objects or combination of objects people could tie to you. Tattoos and other specific skin abnormalities can further help people to identify you, but lets be honest, its unlikely unless you have some facetatts.
Talking of the face. That the one thing that is quite hard to hide while shooting porn, because we cant not all have a ski mask on all the time, its too hot. Lucky for us, there is a way to get rid of our face information after videotaping. That comes in step 5 tho.
Depending on the camera you are filming with, there is some steps to do. Lets say we film with an iPhone. We should turn off the iCloud sync before we film. That done we will film everything we want to film.
We now need to find out how big the contents are we have created. This can be done when playing the video and clicking the ℹ️ in the bottom right.
Lets say we filmed something like 4GB. We will use the App “Disk Decipher” to “Create New Disk”. Name it to whatever you want and set the size to the size of the content. In our case that will be 3000 (3000 MB = 3GB). Create a password in Bitwarden, that you can link to this Disk (make it like 12 chars in length or sth.). Create the Disk and Mount it.
Now add the contents to the Disk by clicking “+” and “Photo & Video Library”
That done, we can delete the video in our photo library, Delete all from the “Recently deleted” album and turn on iCloud sync again. All the contents we have transferred to the disk, are protected by the password we set and cant be used by other apps on our phone. Its like a USB stick, but as a file. This file can now be transferred to our computer for further editing, color correction and whatnot.
To decrypt it on our computer we need to install VeraCrypt.
With VeraCrypt you can now select the Disk you have transferred from your phone and decrypt it, using the password. It will be shown as a USB-Stick and there is no need to copy it to your computer.
Once we are done with all the post production we have to censor our face and make it ready to upload.
Step 5: Remove the face
There are many ways to remove the face from the video. You could use DaVinci Resolve to track the face and blur it.
Alternatively I programmed a tool to automatically censor the face while putting a 3D Model over it. This will take me some more days to publish, but I am interested in how much you like it :)
Step 6: Making it ready to upload
Once we now have the final video, we want to clean it from all the metadata. Platforms like ph will do this for us, but lets make it anyway, because maybe there will be situations you want to send it to someone directly or upload it to a different platform.
With Photo Naminator we can get rid of the hidden information in our photo and video file.
Step 7: Lets Upload
When Uploading, its important to have the signed agreement from every person involved to be okay with uploading it.
From here is now writing with people, seeing subs rise and collect some of that money.
Step 8: Payment
This can be different from the different sites, but since you have to identify yourself when uploading porn to ph, you could trust them with your bank information as well. If you dont want to do this, there is a way to receive the money over crypto currency, that will require an own article to explain.
Important is, that the financial institution and people who see your bank logs can see your activity on ph. So be sure only you have access to your bank account and always redact that information when you need to proof a payment to anyone with the bank logs.
And that's how you stay anonymous while producing porn. Always be careful with your private information, dont click links you dont know and always censor your face!
