Dara: I am passionate about fitness, health, and wellness and believe all 3 are crucial for results and balance. I turned my passion into my career a year ago and never looked back! I’m a trainer at Equinox in Downtown LA as well as a private trainer. I am also an NPC Bikini Competitor. Dara: It’s not all about motivation. You won’t always feel motivated to eat healthy or workout. It’s about discipline and creating healthy habits. This is what creates results.

Dara: Being better than who I was yesterday on a physical and mental level.

Dara: Anything plyometric, squat jumps, jump lunges, etc.

Dara: Fat is bad. Fat is the main source of energy! It’s not all bad!

Dara: Before personal training, I was a fashion stylist working on commercials, films, etc. I realized training and health were my true passions and decided to pursue them. I’m so happy I followed my intuition!
