Why I Don’t Believe In Work-Life Balance
Darius Foroux

This is very interesting. When we talk about college life, I always remember what most of lecturers said. If you want to achieve success in your career after graduating from college, you have to make your study and organization balanced. It means that we,as student, should study hard to get a good mark at school and join any organization outside study things. The fact is that, if I join any volunteer or NGO outside college, there will be lots of agenda that drains my time, whereas I need lots of time to get my assignments done. I feel messed up since cannot focus on 2 things at the same time. People said multitasking is not that good.

So I think balancing between these 2 things is a bullshit. It is not a valid parameter if we want to be success in career after college.
