On Tuesday American and British agencies teamed up and stopped a huge hacking scam that had infected nearly 125,000 computers yearly. This malware is activated by opening a junk e-mail message and then can steal passwords and information to take money from bank accounts, nearly $10 million in the United States alone. The U.S. Department of Justice charged a 30-year-old man who is believed to be the lead hacker of this whole operation.
